
Kokedama Workshop @ Shaw - 7pm on July 22nd
Kokedama (苔玉, meaning "Moss Ball") is the art of containing the root system of a plant inside a ball of soil and moss. These plants can be hung to create a suspended "string garden" or simply placed in a decorative dish on a shelf. Attendees will be guided through the process of making a Kokedama and receive a 4" plant, moss, a soil mixture, fishing wire, and an s hook for hanging.
All materials provided & all skill levels welcome!
